This conference has proven to be well worth it’s admission fee. Delicious gourmet small plates, like salmon carpaccio, snake river beef tartare, fresh octopus with chorizo garbanzos, and wines to match each. Finish it off with a chunk of Theo’s fine fair trade chocolate and my tummy is very happy.
